Labourers – Multiple Positions Available
Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious labourers to join our client's team. This hands‑on role involves a variety of manual tasks and equipment operation in a heavy‑duty outdoor environment.
Hours : 38 hours per week
Flexibility : Must be available to work away for extended periods (a few weeks at a time) throughout the year.
Key Requirements:
* White Card
* Fit and healthy for physical work
* Reliable and eager to work
HC Drivers
Role : Transport asphalt and other materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently
Requirements :
* Experience in driving heavy vehicles
* Safety-conscious and reliable
* Flexibility to work away for extended periods
Role : Operate various machinery and plant equipment on construction and asphalt jobs
Requirements :
* Experience in plant operation (asphalt plant operation is a plus)
* Must be mechanically minded with a strong focus on safety
* Reliable and able to work in varying conditions
* Flexibility to work away from home for extended periods
General Requirements for All Roles
* Reliable, motivated, and keen to work
* Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
* Flexibility to travel and work away from home
* MR licence (for some roles) and relevant industry experience are desirable, but not essential
