Come join our team as a Full time Baker/Pastry Chef at Up the Hill Bakehouse.
Salary negotiable depending on experience and must have a minimum of 3 years baking experience. Baking experience is a mandatory requirement when applying for this role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient in the following:
* Baking and presenting quality products.
* Able to use a Triple Deck Oven, Dough Mixers, Retarder Provers, Moulders & Pastry Sheeter.
* Ability to cover the start to finish process of creating meat pies, sausage rolls and other hot food items.
* Consistent quality control.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and OH&S standards of the bakery.
* Assisting with stock control.
* Able to prepare fillings and decorate sweets and savoury items.
* Able to work in a small team and independently as well.
We are seeking a dedicated baker passionate about creating delicious products in our Bakehouse. Teamwork is central to our business. Candidates should be early risers and enthusiastic.
