They are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Broker Assistant to support their Senior Account Executives and Branch Manager in providing exceptional service to their clients.
About the Role
As a Broker Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting their brokers and branch operations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, complete processing tasks with accuracy, and assist in delivering high-quality customer service. This role is ideal for someone currently working towards, or already holding, a Tier 1 qualification and looking to build a strong career in insurance broking.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
* Process new business, endorsements, renewals, and general policy administration.
* Support Brokers and Branch staff at all levels by following processes, instructions, and completing delegated tasks.
* Accurately manage Winbeat processing and invoicing procedures.
* Maintain electronic filing and task management using OfficeTech.
* Work efficiently across insurer portals, platforms, and Sunrise systems.
* Assist with general administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations.
What's required from you
* Tier 1 qualification (completed or currently working towards) is preferred but not essential.
* Strong literacy across insurer platforms, portals, and Sunrise systems.
* Solid understanding of technology and systems, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to follow processes confidently.
* A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
