Our Commercial Strategy and Growth team is seeking a Senior Concept Editor/Lead to oversee content strategy and execution for a major national client, while also contributing to commercial content development and new business growth. This full-time hybrid role is ideal for an experienced content strategist or editorial lead ready to drive strategic thinking and craft effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Content Lead will manage content strategy, development, and implementation across the Australia Post account and the broader Rare Creative client portfolio. The role involves:
* Three days per week focused on delivering strategic content for Australia Post
* Two days per week dedicated to supporting Rare Creative's commercial content strategy, pitches, and government tenders
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead multi-channel storytelling, and ensure editorial excellence across all content initiatives.
Who are you?
* 6+ years' experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or brand storytelling, preferably in-house or within a content hub
* Proven success in leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital and print
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills and collaborative leadership
* Ability to manage deadlines, content calendars, and production schedules efficiently
* Experience with RFP responses, commercial proposals, and government tenders
* Expertise in copywriting and conceptual development to translate ideas into compelling strategies
