Coach leaders to build capability and support positive team culture.
Support organisational change, workforce planning and job design / classification reviews.
Prepare HR advice, documentation, reports and recommendations.
Requirements HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience.
Strong ER / IR capability and confidence managing sensitive matters.
Experience supporting change and influencing stakeholders.
Understanding of employment legislation, awards and agreements.
HR degree (required).
