Key Responsibilities
* Manage and forecast budgets, track expenditure, and prepare financial reports
* Reconcile financial transactions, petty cash, and participant accounts
* Process and approve invoices using ShiftCare and Xero
* Monitor participant shifts to ensure compliance with required ratios
* Provide insights to management and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
About You
* Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or NDIS finance
* Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A desire to grow and potentially step into a leadership role
