Quality Assurance & Invoicing Officer - 264550

J oin our Telecommunications regional and remote team and play a key role in supporting high-volume fibre, wireless, and satellite installations and maintenance work across regional and remote Australia.
What you'll be doing
* Review and verify high volumes of data (100 jobs per day) submitted by contractors and technicians.
* Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
* Finalise invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.
* Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.
* Maternity Leave contract: ASAP start through to September 2026
* Days of work:Any two consecutive days per week (flexible hours, typical team times: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm).
We're looking for someone who is:
This role is perfect for a recent graduate, someone stepping into an entry-level position, or returning to the workforce who possess the following skills and attributes;
* Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills
* Confidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (processing ~100 jobs/day).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
