Hospital Pharmacist

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at Launceston.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care across a range of clinical and operational pharmacy services.
Depending on the site and service needs, responsibilities may include:
Ward-based clinical pharmacy services
Dispensary and aseptic services
Medication safety and stewardship initiatives
Oncology or specialty service rotations (if applicable)
Participation in weekend and after-hours rosters
This position is ideal for pharmacists looking to expand their clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative hospital environment.
We are flexible for both full and part time pharmacists.
Pharmacists with community experience or newly registered pharmacists are highly encouraged to apply, as our roles are a great pathway to transition into hospital-based pharmacy as training will be provided.
About You
You are a proactive and team-oriented pharmacist who:
Holds current general registration with AHPRA
Demonstrates sound clinical knowledge and communication skills
Is committed to safe and effective medication management
Works well in a multidisciplinary team
