The Role One of Australia's leading Corporate Commercial teams is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join a busy practice. Supporting a friendly Partner and their team of Lawyers, you will gain hands-on experience on matters including mergers and acquisitions, financial services, intellectual property and governance with Australian and international clients. Duties Draft legal documents and other formal correspondence Manage diaries, including organising CPD seminars, firm functions, travel and accommodation Complete billing and cost disclosures Liaise with clients to resolve queries and take preliminary instructions Skills & Experience At least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary Demonstrated ability to autonomously problem solve Ability to adapt in a dynamic practice Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Culture & Benefits Our client genuinely promotes a supportive culture and learning environment where you will be encouraged to achieve your career goals.
