Marketing Coordinator - Can-Am & Sea-Doo

12 Month Fixed Term

BRP Australia employees enjoy a combination of work from home (2.5 days per week) and from our brand-new office in the heart of Haymarket in Sydney, within walking distance from Central Station. And for 3 weeks per year, they can work from anywhere. That way, they have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities.

BRP Australia is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our APAC Marketing team, supporting the Can-Am and Sea-Doo brand across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and providing assistance to the EAPI region (Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand).

This role is designed for a hands-on, autonomous marketer with solid experience, who thrives in execution, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the Can-Am and Sea-Doo Senior Brand Advisor, supporting the development and delivery of brand and product marketing initiatives across multiple markets.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring marketing plans are implemented flawlessly, campaigns are well-coordinated, and stakeholders are aligned and informed. This is not a junior role — we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, manage multiple priorities, and operate independently within a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Working under the guidance of the Can-Am and Sea-Doo Senior Brand Advisor and reporting to the APAC Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Execution & Coordination

* Supporting the rollout of annual and tactical marketing plans for Can-Am On-Road and Off-Road products across APAC markets.

* Coordinating campaign execution across markets, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and assets are delivered on time and to standard.

* Managing day-to-day interactions with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery.

Project & Stakeholder Management

* Acting as a key point of contact for local market teams to support activation needs and ensure alignment with brand strategy.

* Assisting in briefing agencies and partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring feedback loops are managed efficiently.

* Supporting collaboration with the global brand team to localize assets and initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Insights

* Supporting campaign performance tracking, consolidating results, and assisting in post-campaign analysis and reporting.

* Helping identify opportunities for optimization across the marketing funnel.

* Maintaining dashboards, trackers, and marketing calendars to support visibility and decision-making.

Dealer & Field Marketing Support

* Supporting dealer-facing initiatives by coordinating assets, communications, and activation timelines.

* Assisting with the execution of retail and promotional programs in collaboration with internal teams.

* Helping ensure consistency and quality of brand execution at the dealer level.

How You'll Work

Your direct manager, the APAC Marketing Manager, values trust, autonomy, collaboration, and accountability. You will be empowered to manage your scope in collaboration with with the Senior Brand Advisors for strategic alignment.

You'll be part of a team of agile, motivated marketers, operating in close connection with global counterparts and local market experts.

What You Bring on Day One

* Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

* Experience working with agencies, partners, or cross-functional teams.

* A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how brand and retail activations work together.
