The Client
A rare opportunity for a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a highly respected leader in Aged Care who is values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires a leader who, with support from the executive management and the service team, will deliver excellence through day‑to‑day operational management of the facility which is running smoothly located in regional WA.
Key Responsibilities
* Day to day operational management of the small sized facility
* Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
* Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
* Budgeting and financial management and staff management
* Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
Qualifications
* Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager working within residential Aged Care
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance
* Understanding of day‑to‑day operational management of a facility
* Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
