Sales Development Coach
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results through strategic leadership, coaching, and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, training, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a high-performing sales environment by guiding and developing sales consultants in NSW and QLD
* Create an onboarding program that accelerates the learning curve for new hires
* Analyze existing sales tools, scripts, and customer-facing materials to drive improvement and optimize conversion rates
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance
* Stay up-to-date with ongoing and new projects to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and customer feedback
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales management, training, and leadership within property, real estate, mortgage broking, insurance, or financial services
* Strong analytical and business process skills, as well as expertise in CRM software
* Able to travel interstate (QLD) 2-3 times a month to support team growth and success
