The Opportunity
Join our residential sales team and build a high‑performing sales business with consistent support behind you. You'll prospect, appraise, list and sell property across Greater Bendigo — drawing on internal database opportunities, referral flow and proactive outreach.
What You'll Do
* Prospect and nurture relationships across our database & local market.
* Conduct property appraisals & pricing consultations.
* Manage buyer & vendor communication; run opens & private inspections.
* Negotiate offers and manage the sale through to settlement.
* Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM.

What You Need To Succeed
* Highly motivated, self‑driven and hungry to grow your market share.
* VIC
Agents Representative Certificate
(or ability to obtain quickly).
* Current driver's licence & reliable car.
* Confident communicator (phone, email & in person).
* Comfortable with basic digital/social tools (we'll help you level up).
* Available Saturdays for open homes (standard in residential sales).
