Main responsibilities include:
* Find and build long-lasting professional relationships with legal professionals
* Source, screen, and assess potential candidates
* Managing interviews and presenting suitable candidates
* Writing job ads to be posted on social media and other sourcing platforms
* Collaborating with the compliance team for reference checking and document gathering
* Negotiating and finalising contracts between client and candidate
* Managing applicant tracking systems
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice

What we're looking for:
* Min 2 years' recruitment experience, or are coming to legal recruitment as part of a second career from law or other related industry field
* Proven ability to meet financial targets for at least 2 consecutive quarters out of a 12 month period
* Proven ability to establish and maintain client/supplier relationships
* Exemplary motivation, purpose and commitment
* Resilience and emotional intelligence
* High attention to detail
* A willingness to continue to learn and grow
* Commercially minded/critical thinker
* Technically savvy & understands the importance of tracking work on JobAdder
