About the role
We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join the team at SWT.
In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand — supporting our customers across email and socials, and helping deliver an experience that feels personal, fast, and genuinely helpful. You'll play a key part in building strong relationships with our community and making sure every interaction reflects who we are as a brand.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, is naturally organised, and takes pride in helping people.
This is a casual position with hours offered in line with business needs. We anticipate an initial workload of 20+ hours per week, with the opportunity for hours and responsibility to grow as the business continues to scale.
What you'll be doing
* Respond to customer enquiries across email and socials in a timely and professional manner
* Provide clear, accurate, and helpful support to resolve customer questions and concerns
* Work closely with our warehouse and operations teams to assist with order, shipping, and return enquiries
* Ensure every interaction is aligned with our brand tone and customer experience standards
* Identify recurring issues or trends and contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience
* Support during peak periods (including sales and high-volume seasons) to ensure response times and service levels are maintained
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or support role (1+ year preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
* A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling customer enquiries
* Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk or similar is a bonus)
* Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
* A proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes and workflows
* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt as the business grows
* An interest in eCommerce, fashion, or activewear is a plus
