* Providing face-to-face, video conference, and telephone advice to members

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to:
* Assist with preparing and delivering ongoing member advice communication and education
* Use approved financial planning tools to prepare clear and concise Statements of Advice
* Maintain accurate file notes and client files in accordance with business processes
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Financial Planning or relevant degree
* RG146 compliance
* Completion of specialist advice training
