About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic Capability Management and Business Services Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and control of documentation within our Business Architecture document management system.
Your focus will be on maintaining accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with both internal procedures and industry standards. This includes daily support for the Quality Manager with business document management and control, managing document version and change controls, managing the business document review and approval process, ensuring compliance and standardisation of documents, collaboration and stakeholder engagement, and system and process improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will require a recognised qualification in document control or a minimum of 5 years experience in document control, records management or related field. You must also have strong knowledge of document management systems and software, proficiency in management of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular SharePoint, familiarity with industry standards such as ISO ****, contractual requirements and regulatory compliance, excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
