Key Responsibilities:
* Low Level Design (LLD) Support:
* Collaborate with engineering teams to produce detailed LLDs for a new MFA solution.
* Change Management:
* Prepare, raise, and submit change requests in accordance with enterprise change control procedures and governance standards.
* Solution Deployment:
* Assist with the installation and configuration of MFA solution within environment, ensuring alignment with LLDs and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
* Training & Enablement:
* Support the development and delivery of training materials to upskill staff on deployed MFA solution.
* Coordinate and support pilot testing with selected operational teams to validate solution performance and gather feedback.
* User Onboarding:
* Facilitate the go-live process, including onboarding users to the solution across various units.
* Provide post-deployment support during the hypercare phase, addressing defects and ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual.
Qualifications:
* Experience in solution implementation, systems engineering, or project delivery
* Understanding of environments, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure technology.
* Familiarity with LLD documentation, change management processes, and deployment methodologies.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity considerations in environments.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and IT.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with enterprise-scale rollouts and user onboarding.
* Knowledge of service management frameworks.
* Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks.
* Strong documentation and organizational skills.
* Prior involvement in large-scale user onboarding and training initiatives.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
