Job Description
As a senior pharmacist within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and compassionate care for patients accessing voluntary assisted dying medications. This position requires a high level of expertise, professionalism, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic advice and education to patients, their families, medical staff, and other health professionals. They will also ensure the highest standards of legal and ethical practice are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current registration (or eligibility) with the relevant professional board.
* Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, including leadership, supervisory, or management roles.
