Our client is a highly successful and multi award-winning Real Estate agency, with offices spanning he Central Coast. They are a fast paced, energetic group of professionals who are led from the front by an inspirational, philanthropic Director, who is engaging and empowers their staff.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is based at the Front Desk of a modern and high-vibe office and will be trained in / learn all aspects of Real Estate support. Day to day will include
- Answer and direct calls, and checking the answering machine
- Ensure the professional presentation of the office
- Oversee machinery & supplies, including ordering stationary, maintaining photocopier
- Be the 'go to' person for IT, problem solving etc
- Provide administrative support to Property Management and Sales including preparing documentation, ordering marketing collateral, booking appointments and general follow-up
**Specific Requirements**:
This is an exciting role for someone looking to commence their career in Real Estate
- No Real Estate experience required, but front desk / admin experience will be highly regarded
- A current (or about to complete) Certificate of Registration or License
- Computer literacy (MS Office / databases)
- Self-driven, organised and a strong attention to detail
- Reside or be within an easy commute of the Terrigal area
