About the Role:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
* Provide personal care, including toileting, bathing and dressing
* Support individuals with complex needs, such as intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions
To be successful in this role, you will possess a genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Requirements:
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services or a related field
* Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
