Join a collaborative business partnering team supporting both consumer and commercial divisions. Work closely with senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Exposure to premium production analysis, acquisition cost accounting, and performance metrics. What you'll do: Deliver management reporting and insightful P&L reviews. Prepare monthly reporting packs and support month-end close. Assist with annual planning and forecasting cycles. Maintain TM1 and Cognos records, and contribute to system mapping projects. Collaborate with FP&A and Data & Analytics teams on ad hoc analysis. Prepare presentations and commentary for business meetings. What we're looking for: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 years' experience in FP&A or management reporting (insurance experience highly desirable). Advanced Excel skills ; exposure to Power BI is a big plus. Knowledge of TM1, SQL, and Alteryx advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
