Social Season Events is a Melbourne-based event styling studio and venue. We're looking for a hands-on Events Assistant to help across all parts of the business, from warehouse prep and faux-floral making to on-site styling and event coordination.
What you'll do
* Prepare and organise stock in the warehouse
* Keep the warehouse organised
* Create and maintain faux-floral arrangements
* Assist with styling, setup and pack-down of events
* Support bump-ins and bump-outs (some finishes up to 12–1 am)
* Clean and reset venue and stock
* Solve problems on the spot and support event coordination
You'll need
* Floral or event styling experience (faux-floral skills ideal)
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
* Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in a fast-paced environment
* Driver's licence preferred
* Weekend and late-night availability
