Our client is a large, purpose-driven Federal Government Agency. We are seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery of complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives within a nationally significant program. This role sits within the Performance, Quality and National Workload Management Branch to drive high-quality end-to-end participant experiences through Continuous Improvement, a Quality Management Framework, and performance management activities. The branch reviews operational consistency and quality across the participant value chain, identifies trends and insights to improve service delivery, supports capability uplift through evidence-based learning and development initiatives. The team focuses on performance, quality and national workload management.
