This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes full ownership of their site, leads from the front, and has a strong eye for detail—particularly from structure through to finishes.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations from structure through to completion
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Drive the program and ensure key milestones are achieved
* Maintain strong quality control across all stages (especially finishes)
* Enforce WHS and site safety requirements
* Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes
* Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
* Identify and resolve site issues proactively
* Maintain site documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential or mixed‐use construction
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology
* Ability to run a site independently and take full ownership
* High attention to detail and pride in quality delivery
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Tech capability (Procore or similar experience is an advantage)
* Builder's licence (preferred but not essential)
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
