Overview
Lead / Senior Business Analyst to support a program of work across digital transformation projects to enhance processes, engagement and customer self-service. This role is for an experienced lead or senior BA joining a government organisation undergoing a large digital transformation.
The role involves acting as the key Business Analyst across a program of projects involving Salesforce, focused on digitising processes, boosting digital engagement and customer self-service capabilities.
This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects meet user needs, align with business objectives, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
DUTIES
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify current and future-state needs.
- Translate business requirements into transparent, actionable specifications for design and development teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business goals.
- Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
YOU
- Lead or Senior level BA experienced in digital transformation.
- Managed large programs of work for government organisations.
- Experience working with digital forms platforms or customer-facing solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (eg; process mapping, user stories, wireframes).
- Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in Jira or other Agile project management tools.
