About the opportunity
We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Doncaster team, responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. This role also involves providing exceptional in-store customer service, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the overall presentation and organisation of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently
* Sell and source parts and accessories, supporting workshop and external customer needs
* Use manufacturer systems to locate parts and assist with quoting for panel and mechanical workshops
* Manage stock control, order processing, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high service and operational standards
* Maintain a safe, organised workspace and adhere to WHS and quality procedures
About you
* Experience using tools and equipment relevant to the role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong computer skills
* The ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and perform under pressure
* Strong knowledge of WHS practices and safe work procedures
* Current Class C driver's license and relevant education (school certificate or equivalent)
