The Opportunity
Evolve Talent is are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a company that is a global leader within the supply and life-cycle management of speciality chemicals and gases. Serving key industries such as refrigeration, air conditioning and fire protection, the company has seen exponential growth over the last couple of years and is on the hunt for their next safety team member.
Join the business on a full-time permanent basis, this role will be working on their main operations site in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
The role
Reporting to the SQE Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting with all SQE needs across the site, whilst working closely with operations.
This role offers growth and the environment for a safety & quality professional to take that next step in their career. With a great supportive culture already in place, this role needs someone who has the right attitude
To be successful you must bring:
* Experience in a relevant or similar safety position (manufacturing experience is great but not necessary).
* Understanding of tasks such as risk assessments, safety inductions, incident investigations and management systems.
* Effective communicator, able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to build relationships on site.
* Formal qualifications in WHS preferred (Min Cert 4)
