About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance client experience.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits.

Who We're Looking For:

* Required skills and qualifications:
* Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
* Strong technical skills in color, cuts, and styling techniques.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
