As Patient Liaison Officer you will play a pivotal role in the Patient Services Department by providing accurate and timely information to patients, relatives and staff about the use of private health insurance in a public hospital as well as other Chargeable classifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring all admission documentation is signed in accordance with policy.
* Running daily reports.
* Maintaining statistics.
* Conducting insurance eligibility checks.

* Salary Classification: Admin Officer Level 3 Yr 1‐2.
* Remuneration: $35.84 to $36.96 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options.
