Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage properties within the Barry Plant portfolio, ensuring smooth operations.
* Provide outstanding customer service to residential rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople.
* Prepare and manage rental documentation and property marketing materials.
* Conduct property inspections, manage maintenance requests, and oversee tenancy agreements.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, or willingness to undertake this qualification on commencement in this role.
* Knowledge of the local property market.
* Experience in property management with proficiency in Google Workspace and industry-related software.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
