Workfast is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join the distribution team of a leading national precast concrete manufacturer in Queanbeyan, NSW. This company supplies critical products for civil construction projects across roads, rail, and infrastructure, offering long-term career stability and growth opportunities.
This role offers the flexibility to join either as a casual hourly position ($43.00 p/hr + OT + Super) or as a permanent full-time role (approx. $80K per annum + Super).

* Pay Rate: $43.00 p/hr casual + OT + Super OR approx. $80K per annum (permanent full-time + Super)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Type: Permanent Full-Time or Casual
What You Will Be Doing
* Driving HR trucks to complete deliveries and collections of precast concrete products
* Assisting with load planning and scheduling deliveries to construction sites and clients
* Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and manual handling
* Picking and packing orders as required
* Supporting incoming goods and materials to the branch
* Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring safe operation
* Maintaining general yard duties and housekeeping
What You Need
* Current and unrestricted HR Truck Licence
* Valid Forklift Licence (Beneficial)
* Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or distribution role
* Strong knowledge of OH&S requirements and safe work practices
* Physically fit and able to assist with manual loading/unloading
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
