Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner
About the Role
* Partner with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practice sourcing strategy.
* Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and qualification of candidates.
* Talent pool management using various tools.
* Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure compliance and governance for all recruitment assignments.
Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience in recruiting technical & trade roles within shutdown/turnaround maintenance environments.
* Develop effective recruitment strategies to enhance workforce diversity.
* Strategic talent management experience in complex businesses with strong talent pool development skills.
* Proficient in recruitment systems (Taleo preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
* Strong communication skills with influence at senior/executive levels.
