Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the wider development team, you'll lead sales from project launch through to completion across this multi-year development. The community will deliver a thoughtfully designed mix of residential land, open space, and lifestyle amenity - built to create long-term connection and livability.
As the on-site face of the project, you'll own the buyer journey end-to-end, delivering a polished, high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert a strong pipeline of qualified enquiries, including walk‑ins and online leads
* Guide purchasers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to contract execution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local builders, purchasers, and community stakeholders
* Deliver engaging site tours, presentations, and buyer appointments
* Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and pipeline management
* Partner closely with marketing and development teams to optimise sales outcomes
* Represent the project at local events, launches, and community activations
* Consistently deliver a high-quality, brand‑aligned customer experience
About You
* Previous experience selling residential land is preferred
* Experience in property development sales or residential real estate will also be highly considered
* Property sales experience is a pre‑requisite
* Strong relationship‑building skills and a consultative sales approach
* Solid understanding of the Geelong market and local buyer profiles or surrounding area
* Comfortable managing high enquiry volumes and CRM reporting
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
* Self‑motivated, organised, and target‑driven
* Available to work Saturday to Wednesday (weekend work is essential)
