The Foot Ankle & Body Experts are looking for one or two Medical Receptionists.
This position is Permanent part time and hours required:
Monday: 3:15 pm - 8:15pm - **5 hours**
Tuesday: 8:15 am - 2:15pm - **6 hours**
Wednesday: 3:15 pm - 8:15pm - **5 hours**
Thursday: 3:15 pm - 8:15pm - **5 hours**
Friday: 8:15 am - 6:00pm - **10 hours (plus 1 hour lunch)**
Following award wage [Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027] at $27 an hour.

**Reporting directly to the Practice Manager your daily duties will include**:
- Greeting patients in a bright and professional manner.
- Booking patient appointments.
- Confirming online bookings and daily appointments.
- Data entry of personal and confidential information
- Processing payments.
- Answering Incoming calls.
- Keeping patients informed if we are running behind schedule.
- Practitioner diary management.
- Keeping the clinic clean during the down time.
- Basic cleaning at the end of the day.
- Assisting practice manager with admin overflow and ad hoc tasks.
**Essential requirements for the role**:
- The ability to multitask.

We provide you with initial training and any additional training if required.
