Fully remote - Lead Client Test Engineer focusing on manual and test automation within a global FinTech environment (Client Facing). This is a 4-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

The role:
1. Lead end-to-end testing efforts for client implementations.
2. Develop test plans and test cases aligned with business requirements and sprint stories.
3. Perform manual testing with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Build automated end-to-end tests using low-code/no-code tools.
5. Coordinate with clients on test plans, defect tracking, and testing activities.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
7. Analyze test results, document issues, and escalate as needed.
8. Contribute to release management, including preparing client-facing test reports and regression testing.
A Day in the Life:
1. Manage functional and non-functional testing directly with clients.
2. Conduct manual testing on client releases.
3. Run test cycles, manage defects, and facilitate smooth software releases.
4. Translate business requirements into actionable test cases.
5. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to Agile processes.
