**The Role**:
Are you a confident communicator with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail, experienced in supporting the delivery of advertising campaigns?
We are seeking an experienced Communications Advisor, Campaigns to work as part of a team to support key advertising campaigns promoting the portfolio's initiatives and ensuring Victorians have access to engaging information to support their best health, wellbeing and safety.
You will support the campaigns team by working closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to finalise campaigns including analysis and reporting of results, management of budgets, invoice processing and ensuring final files are stored digitally in an organised format.
**VPS4 Equivalent Rate | Six month contract**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and tracking the total communications team's budget, working with the finance team to communicate budget status
- Manage the PO process for the Campaigns Team and submits and follows up on invoices
- Manage the digital storage of all final campaign files
- As necessary, work with suppliers and contractors and be accountable for the successful delivery of communications products, advertising, campaigns and projects
- Provide support to other teams across the Branch as and when required, including support for digital campaigns, large-scale communications campaigns and other high priority projects
- Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services
**About You**:
- Confident in reading media plans
- Experienced in working with creative agencies
- Experienced managing, tracking and processing invoices for multiple suppliers, understands the briefing and approval process for creating POs
- Confident in tracking, measuring and reporting on the performance of campaigns
- Takes steps to add value for the client or stakeholder, linking people with other areas as appropriate
- Monitors client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively deals with stakeholder issues
- A tertiary qualification in fields related to marketing, communications or associated disciplines is preferred
