As a Senior Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for exclusive clients while managing the accounts of high-net-wroth clients - from building relationships, managing complex travel requests, to ensuring every interaction reflects a world-class standard of care.
About the Role
This isn't a sales-heavy consulting role - it's about relationship management and trust. You'll oversee a portfolio of high value accounts, proactively engaging with them to understand their travel needs. From coordinating international travel logistics to sourcing luxury accommodation and experiences, you'll make sure every journey runs seamlessly.
Working within a structured, professional environment, you'll collaborate with a supportive team who share a commitment to excellence. You'll also have be using your advanced GDS system knowledge and internal platforms to deliver truly personalised service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients
* Coordinate premium travel arrangements and ensure a seamless experience end to end
* Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, high-touch support
* Use GDS (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus) and internal systems to manage complex bookings
* Build long-term relationships that drive engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience in travel (retail or corporate)
* GDS proficiency - Sabre highly regarded, Amadeus/Galileo also suitable
* Proven ability to manage clients and maintain ongoing relationships
* Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Tech-savvy, organised, and confident multitasking across multiple systems
* A genuine passion for service excellence and the travel industry
