PhotobookShop is a leading Australian manufacturer of premium personalised photobooks, wall art, and photo products. We operate a modern production facility and are seeking a Print Bindery / Finishing Operator to join our team in a stable, full-time role.
This position suits someone with experience in print finishing or bindery, who is hands-on, quality-focused, and willing to work across multiple production areas.
The Role
* Operate bindery and finishing equipment across multiple production stages
* Assist with binding, laminating, trimming, packing, and finishing processes
* Support large format and digital print operations as required
* Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
* Follow job instructions and production schedules accurately
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Skills & Experience
* Experience in print finishing, bindery, or production environments
* Exposure to binding, lamination, digital print, or large format highly regarded
* Mechanical aptitude and confidence working with production equipment
* Basic computer literacy and ability to follow job instructions
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Ability to work productively as part of a team
Additional Requirements
* Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
* Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
