Our 112‐place early learning centre located on the campus of the Australian National University (ANU) in Acton provides high‐quality early learning and care for families of university staff, students and the local community. Conveniently positioned on North Road adjoining Willows Oval, our architecturally designed, single‐level centre features naturally inspired, age‐based learning spaces for children from six weeks to five years, with seamless indoor‐outdoor access to two custom‐designed play areas. We deliver a play‐based curriculum and a Preschool Program led by tertiary‐qualified Early Learning Teachers, offering flexibility and strong educational outcomes within long‐day care hours.
Responsibilities
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You'll need
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Working with Vulnerable Persons Card
