The primary objective of this role is to oversee and execute projects, focusing on acquiring new initiatives and delivering them successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of experienced engineers, technicians, and logisticians in managing complex projects.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
* Collaborate with prime contractors and CASG to achieve project objectives.
* Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring their performance meets project requirements.
* Apply strong leadership and management skills to drive project success.
* Ensure compliance with PM frameworks and defence standards.
Candidates with experience in managing high-value multi-year programs with multiple subcontractors and international supply chains will be highly regarded.
