Job Overview
As a key valued senior RMA reporting to a senior RMA/Director, you will manage your own immigration files/clients (95% corporate, 5% individual) focusing on visa classes 482, 191, 400, 186, 408 & 494.
You will provide full-spectrum advice including visa options, eligibility, application merits, drafting submissions, labour agreements, letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications, liaising with immigration authorities and skills assessment bodies, and responding to refusals.
If desired and based on experience, you may lead/mentor 1-2 migration assistants.

Who You Are
RMA with current MARA registration.
Minimum 6+ years (senior welcome) immigration law experience specifically with employer-sponsored visas.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment providing technical immigration legal advice to corporate clients.
Proactive, results-driven and passionate about making a positive impact on real people's lives.
