Optical Team Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Optical Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store's management team, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optics and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including clinical activities such as pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of opticians and support staff
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including clinical activities
* Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
* Recruit, train, and develop new team members
* Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge

* Proven experience in optical retail management or a related field
