Join our hospital and make a difference for patients and the community every day. We are seeking multiple experienced Senior Physiotherapists to join our team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Your New Role: As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical services while contributing to innovation, service development and mentoring within the Physiotherapy team. In this position, you will:
 * Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy assessment, intervention and evaluation for patients within a collaborative, interprofessional team.
 * Manage a complex clinical caseload with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert clinical advice and guidance.
 * Contribute to service development through quality improvement and research initiatives.
 * Provide supervision, support and training to HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.

We are seeking skilled and motivated clinicians who demonstrate leadership, adaptability and a commitment to patient-centred care. The ideal candidate will have:
 * Proven expertise in delivering advanced Physiotherapy services, with strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
 * Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and engage with patients, families and stakeholders.
 * Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic and complex clinical environment.
 * Experience in supervision, mentoring and service improvement, with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and support the professional growth of others.
