About You:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in high-volume or fast-paced retail.
* A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires their team.
* Operationally strong with excellent attention to detail and back-of-house processes.
* Performance-focused with a natural ability to coach, motivate and drive team success.
