**The Organisations**:
CapRec is working closely with several consulting firms in Canberra. Each firm has secured continued success across the program and project space and are now strengthening their ability to deliver at the Management Consultant level (High performing APS6 or EL1).
Their main clients are in the government sector, and they undertake a range of programs and projects working through the entire project lifecycle including strategic planning and frameworks, governance, procurement, contract management, audit and assurance, reporting, risk management, PMO structures, budgeting & financial management etc.
**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience working in a project or program space in a consulting firm, corporate or government sector
- Confident and competent in building relationships with clients; networking will come as second nature to you and your communications skills will be excellent
- Qualifications: PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK
- Previous experience in the Defence sector is highly desirable for some of these consulting firms
- We are mainly seeking those with non-ICT experience, however open to reviewing applicants from all backgrounds.
