About the Role
You will work closely with senior executives and ministerial offices to coordinate high‑quality advice, briefs and correspondence on sensitive, time‑critical and high‑visibility matters. Key Responsibilities
* Review, coordinate and prepare high‑quality documents, briefs and correspondence for senior executives and ministerial offices.
* Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with organisational standards and expectations.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and timely responses.
* Support capability building across the organisation by helping teams understand processes, templates and requirements for high‑stakes documentation.
* Identify and contribute to process improvements, including templates, workflows and technology utilisation.
* Stay informed of organisational priorities, emerging issues and relevant parliamentary or executive business.
Key Challenges
* Managing competing deadlines in a high‑volume, high‑profile environment.
* Balancing confidential, politically sensitive matters while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
* Supporting uplift in capability across diverse teams with varying levels of experience in ministerial and executive processes.
