Photography and Videography
* Capture photographs and video footage at organisational events, concerts, and activities.
* Document volunteer participation, community engagement, and organisational achievements.
* Produce visual content that reflects the organisation's values, mission, and brand.
* Obtain a variety of shots that can be used for promotional and communication purposes.
Content Editing and Delivery
* Edit and enhance photographs and video content as required.
* Deliver completed content within agreed timeframes.
* Assist with creating short‐form content suitable for social media platforms.
* Organise and label files for storage within the organisation's digital asset library.
* Work closely with staff and volunteers to understand content requirements.
* Attend scheduled concerts or activities where photography and videography support is required.
* Respect participant privacy and ensure appropriate consent requirements are followed.
* Contribute creative ideas for storytelling and community engagement.
Equipment Management
* Use personal photography and videography equipment where appropriate, or a video camera can be provided if needed.
* Ensure equipment is used safely and responsibly during volunteer activities.
