Office Assistant – Kawana Rewinds
We’re a friendly, family-run electrical repair and motor rewind business on the Sunshine Coast, looking for a confident and reliable Office Assistant to join our small team.
This role involves greeting customers (in person and over the phone), taking job details and payments, preparing invoices, and general office admin and data entry. You’ll support the office manager and workshop with day-to-day tasks and be a key point of contact for our customers.
About You
* Confident, friendly and enjoys chatting with customers
* Organised, consistent and reliable
* Good attention to detail
* Comfortable with basic computer systems
* Previous office/admin experience preferred
* Accounting software experience a bonus (training provided)
