Job Description:
* Evaluate financial performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Lead the development and management of annual budgets and business plans.
* Oversee non-clinical departments, including Business Office/Patient Administration, Consulting Suites, Finance, Purchasing, Health Information Services, Catering, and Environmental Services.
* Manage financial oversight and strategic planning for Capital Expenditure.
* Ensure compliance and accurate reporting in collaboration with corporate finance services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Professional qualifications in accountancy/finance management, with a preference for CPA or CA.
* Proven ability to analyse financial and operational data to generate value-creating insights.
* Experience in working collaboratively with the business to enhance performance.
* Demonstrated attention to detail, strong decision-making capabilities, and clear, concise communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
